Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
Under applicable distance-selling law, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason.
How the period is counted: it starts on the day you (or a third party you designated) received the goods. For orders with multiple items delivered separately, it starts on receipt of the last item.
Process: Declare your withdrawal within 14 days (using the form below); return the product within 14 days of your declaration; we refund you within 14 days of the declaration (we may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof of return). Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise stated.
Exceptions (indicative): personalised or made-to-order goods; goods that deteriorate/expire quickly; sealed goods not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed; digital content supplied immediately with your consent.
