Free shipping for online orders over €60 as long as the weight of the order does not exceed 30kg.
Free shipping for online orders over €40 with delivery within Thessaloniki as long as the weight of the order does not exceed 30kg.
Cash on delivery is available for orders up to €150, with a €2.5 surcharge.
For packages over 30Kg, there will be an additional shipping charge which will be notified by telephone.
Equipment & machinery are delivered to the sidewalk of the delivery building. If the customer wishes to install-assemble or deliver on any floor, he / she should contact the company because there might be an additional charge. Within the urban complex of Thessaloniki, when there is an elevator where the products fit in, delivery is free of charge, in case they don’t, he / she should contact the company because there might be an additional fee.
Upon receipt of the product, the consumer agrees that has received goods intact.
The cost of shipping is calculated automatically based on the total weight of the products. If your order has to be delivered to an area that according to the carrier's criteria is classified as 'inaccessible destination' there will be an additional freight charge which we will inform you by phone.
- For shipping via courier, up to 3 Kg, the cost of transport is 3.50€ plus tax (24%)
- For parcels sent via Box Now, the cost is 3€ plus tax (24%)
- For shipping via a transport company, the cost of transport is 5.8€ plus tax (24%) per parcel.

Our company covers your needs wherever you are, sending its products around the world. You can order online through our website or by phone / fax / email and you will be informed immediately about shipping costs. Shipping costs depend on the size of the parcel and the country of dispatch. You have the option to have your order delivered by carrier of your choice.
